3. Complete chemical lab and in house Spectrometer (Thermo ARL) with 25 channels along with capability to test NITROGEN.
4. In house Heat Treatment facility equipped with most modern temperature control equipment to ensure proper Heat Treatment (Stress Relieving, Normalising, annealing and Tempering) for different grades of Rolls, Castings and Forgings.
5. In house machine shop which includes Lathes, VTL's and Gear Hobber for Supply of Rolls and Castings in proof machined and finish machined condition.
6. Physical testing lab with Electronic Tensile Testing Machine, Impact Testing Machine, Hardness Testing Equipment and Ultrasonic Flaw Detector.
7. In house pattern shop with planer and band saw to ensure proper and in time manufacture of patterns in the factory premises.
8. Nine overhead cranes of 50MT, 25MT, 20MT x 3NOS, 15MT, 10MT & 2 NOS 5MT with magnets.
